Raya does not come downstairs often but I was doing some laundry and I wanted to keep an eye on her...well when you get Allie and her together this is what happens. It's quite humorous.

Puppy Kindergarten

Monday was the first puppy obedience class and our little Raya had a great time. She met nine other pups ranging from 4 months to 9 months. Raya was the youngest in her class and she shined. She excelled in the whole sit and stay routine. I am one proud momma. 

 

Meeting the Family

Raya has spent the past week meeting lots of new family. The day we got Raya, Matt's parents were the lucky ones to meet her first. The other day I stopped by my brothers and Raya met the kids. And who doesn't love kids and puppies?

Snow Day

Well guess who loves the snow? Little ms Raya does. Big sis Allie can do without. Raya loved sticking her nose in the snow drifts and jumping into the soft fluffy snow. We were outside playing for a good hour. She even followed me as I shoveled. The snow is higher than Allie and Raya so Matt decided to make little connecting pathways for the pups. It's their every own maze. So fun to watch them run about. Prepare yourself for some serious cuteness!

New Homelife

Good Morning! It's been two days since we (Matt, Allie and I) welcomed little Raya into our home. The past two days have been filled with lots of snuggles, whines, paws pitter-patting the hardwood, bites, peeing, and growls. Our little ms. Allie has done most of the growling. Seems as though she teaching puppy dog Raya who is boss in this house. I can see that Allie is tense around the new puppers but I see her tail wagging when Raya tries to play with her. It is going to take some time for these two to live harmoniously together.

Introducing Raya

Hello everyone this is our new puppy, Raya! We picked her up today. She was born on January 13, 2013 so today she is seven weeks old. We decided on the name Raya as we wanted a name that meant something to the both of us. We both loved this island in Thailand...Raya island so we decided to name our new pup just that. Right now our new dog is passed out in her new crate (donated by my dad). And Allie, my teacup yorkie, is right by my side. So with that said I think it's time for a nap myself.
